What it covers

People

records & lifecycle

  • Employee records with reporting lines, branches and job grades, plus an org chart.
  • Positions held separately from the people in them, so vacant posts can be listed.
  • Recruitment → onboarding → exit lifecycle, job history and assets issued to employees.
  • Doctor onboarding: creating an employee with the doctor position also creates their clinical doctor record and can create a portal login.

Time & rostering

who is on, and when

  • Attendance with a fingerprint clock-in endpoint and shift templates.
  • Leave requests, balances and policies (including Hajj and bereavement leave), and public holidays.
  • Nurse roster that detects overlapping shifts, including night shifts that cross midnight, and flags understaffed cells.
  • On-call roster that answers "who covers ICU at 2 a.m.?", plus weekly doctor clinic schedules.

Compliance

with expiry alerts

  • Licences and credentials, training records.
  • Occupational-health vaccinations.
  • Performance reviews and disciplinary records.

Payroll engine

attendance to ledger

  • Builds the month from attendance, with a dry-run preview.
  • Re-running never overwrites an approved payroll.
  • Deducts absences and repays loans and advances automatically.
  • Separate approval step, then payslips.
  • Accrual and payment posted to the general ledger.
  • Doctor shares for consultations, surgery, procedures and lab work.
